The Beginning

Hi! My name is Saman, and I was born in Mariwan, a traditional and cultural city in Iran. When I was a child, I used to go hiking with my grandma to pick herbs for making food. She also taught me which herbs make the food more tasty and healthy.

Growing up with my grandparents, I learned cooking from them and helped my mother with cooking. Food has the power to bring people together and break down cultural barriers, and I want to share my passion with others.

The First Venture

2018

I started my journey in the UK by working at International Food cash and carry, supplying ingredients to different restaurants. As part of the job, being passionate about food made se travel and taste different cuisines with different cultures, countries and stories. I realised something was missing whether the food wee overpriced, tasteless, overspiced, greasy or unhealthy.

It has always been my drean to have ay restaurant and produce high- quality food at a reasonable price. The starting outcome is Sam's Master Grill. It was and still is difficult with Covid, the cost of goods and whatnot. However, I prioritise providing our customers with simple, healthy, tasty, consistent, high quality food with an enjoyable experience.

If you enjoyed the last bite of the food, the same as the first you had, the chef did a good job.
